Method 1: Online
1. Register by navigating to the California Pharmacists Association website.
2. Enter your email address in.
3. Click on “Register Account”
4. It will now prompt for account creation. Fill out all the fields, then click “Register Account”
5. Follow on-screen instructions to register for membership.
6. Fill out the details required and ensure that OCPhA is marked as your local chapter.
Method 2: Mail
1. Download this form to the right by right-clicking on the image and clicking “Save link as…”
2. Fill out the fields and ensure OCPhA is marked as your local chapter.
3. Mail to the address listed on the form with your dues.
